The Resource Search List displays the Resource ID and description. Right-clicking on a resource ID in the Resource List brings up a menu that allows you to Check Out a resource for changes or edits.

Right-clicking on the white space in this control also allows you to select "Add New" and define an ID, Name, and Description for a new resource.
Note: Depending on system preferences, the 'Name' field may not be editable through the 'Add New' control. If resources are added either through an import tool, the 'Name' fields can be included.
