For the Tasks, Observed Time, Calculated Time, and Estimated Time tabs there is a feature which allows you to import existing activities.
Import Activities
When you click on the Import Activities button a screen will pop up allowing you to search for existing activities.
Select the desired activity and click "Add."
This will automatically add an existing activity to your line balancing scenario.
