The Order Data Management screen allows you to bring orders into the Shop Floor database and move orders to the build list. The build list orders should be sequenced as the units will appear on the line.

The build list is used to drive schedule-based line balances, shop floor work instructions as well as any PFEP functions requiring a list of orders. The orders may be used for schedule-driven line balances or for Sequence Planner studies.

If you do not use shop floor work instructions or PFEP, you may not have a Shop Floor (thin client) database set up, and will not be able to access this module. This database is separate from the regular Assembly Planner authoring database. Please Contact Your Proplanner Representative if you wish to discuss setting a thin client database.
