The All Options menu is used for accessing work instructions according to model number. Work instructions accessed from this menu are for viewing purposes only; a user will not be assigned to the instructions if opened. In this menu, instructions for each model can be obtained by one of two methods. The user can type the Model ID in the search field and click on the Get Instructions Button button or the user can scroll through the table of models and click on the selected model's hot link.
When changes are made to work instructions, the user will see an Approve hot link next to the model and description. Each user should review the instructions pending approval, then click on Approve.
