The data fields in the SOP header are –

1.Plant Code – Derived from the Plant table

2.Description – Activity Description

3.Area, Line, Work Station and Operator – Attributes of the work station

4.Time – Activity Time

5.Revision – Last revised date

6.Model ID – List of models mapped to the activity

7.Drawing Number – Custom Field on the activity

8.Activity # – Activity ID of the activity (editable in Activity List of Operation Editor)

9.Issued By – Automatically fills as the user that created the report

10.Sub Assembly Of - Custom Field on the activity

11.Variant # - Option mapped to the task

12.PPE List – Custom Field on the activity
