You can modify the set-up of the columns in the sheet view of most of the modules and tabs. A complete list of where this applies can be found in Customize View Enabled List. To get to the Customize View control, right-click in the sheet that is going to be modified and select 'Customize View.'

You may choose which fields are displayed or hidden, as well as the order in which they are displayed. The fields in the Hidden Fields section will not be displayed in the sheet, while fields in the Visible Fields section will be displayed.
Shown below, the DrawingNumber field has been selected and the Add button will be clicked.

The DrawingNumber field is now present in the bottom of the Visible Fields.

Next, using the 
arrow, the Drawing Number field can be moved to another location in the sheet. The top of the list in this view corresponds to the spot furthest to the left in the sheet, with each spot down coming further to the right. In this example, DrawingNumber has been moved to the second position.

Alternatively, you can click on Drawing Number (when it is in the Hidden Fields) and ID in the Visible Fields before clicking Add. This will add Drawing Number just above ID in the Visible Fields list.
You may also change the width of a field's column by changing the Pixel Width value of the field(s) you have selected in the list.
You can also save specific column visibility and ordering combinations as separate views. These views can be created by clicking the Add button below the Current View drop down.
Adding a View
In the following screen, name your view and hit OK. It should now appear in the Current View drop-down.
Click "OK" to Add
When a view is active (its name is in the Current View dropdown), clicking OK at the bottom saves all changes to this view. Setting a view to the Current View will change the hidden/visible fields to the last time the selected view was saved.
