The Job Element Sheet is a document produced to show the details of an activity or activities within routings and operations. The report also summarizes routing and operation level data based on custom fields and line balance scenario values.
The items displayed in the printed Job Element Sheet, and how to populate them, are:
Header Information-
Assembly Line - ID of the assembly line mapped to the work center (Plant Module)
Station I.D. - ID of the work center mapped to the operation (Operation List)
Station Description - Description of the work center mapped to the operation (Plant Module)
Operator I.D. - Operator ID field (Activity List)

Revision Date - Revision Date (Operation List custom field)
Revision Level - Revision Level (Operation List custom field)
Approval/Sign Offs (Production A, B, C; HSE; Quality; Ind Eng) - Operation List custom fields
Personal Protective Equipment / Product For Parts-
PPE Icons - PPE1-PPE6 (Operation List custom fields)
PFP Icons - PFP1-PFP3 (Operation List custom fields)
Document Number - Document Number (Operation List custom field)
Activity Tile-
Activity No. - ActivityID (Operation List)
Activity Description - Activity Description (Operation List)
Process Time - The Calculated, Observed, or Estimated check box will be selected based on which time type was used to generate the activity time for that activity.
Photo - SOP Image ID field (Activity List and Activity Custom Fields tab). .jpg file must be loaded in the Activity's Documents tab, then selected from the dropdown in the SOP Image ID field.
Models - The list shown is an aggregate of any models mapped in an Activity's Model-Option Mapping tab within the given Operation. If the Model filter criteria is set before running this report, only the selected Models will be displayed here. The Model ID is displayed.
Options - The list shown is an aggregate of any options mapped in an Activity's Model-Option Mapping tab within the given Operation. If the Option filter criteria is set before running this report, only the selected Options will be displayed here. The Option Description is displayed.
Key Point - KeyPoint field (Activity List custom field)
Key Point Reason - KeyPointReason field (Activity List custom field)
Knack Point - KackPoint field (Activity List custom field)
Tooling - The list shows a maximum of 3 resources mapped in an Activity's Resources tab within the given Operation.
Tolerance - Text field for the Activity-Resource (custom field)
