The data fields in the SWAS header are –

1.SWAS ID – Automatically populated ("SWAS"-Routing ID-OpSeqNo-ActSeqNo)

2.Description – Activity Description

3.Rev Level – Act Rev (Activity Custom Field)

4.Date – Automatically populated (print date)

5.Safety Equipment – PPE1 and PPE2 automatically populated with Safety Goggles and Safety Boots. PPE3-PPE9 are Activity Custom Fields.
